INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)

  • 4 pulpe de pui
  • 8 cartofi
  • 8 baby morcovi
  • 2 bucati pastarnac
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline
  • 1 capatana usturoi
  • Sucul de la 1/2 lamaie
  • 200 ml supa de pui Zwup
  • Sare

Si de aceasta data, am optat pentru achizitionarea carnii de la Butcher Cuisine, alegand pulpe de pui de o savoare desavarsita. Astfel, am curatat cu grija pulpele, le-am taiat in doua si le-am presarat cu sare. Legumele au fost, de asemenea, curatate, iar o tava a fost unsa cu o lingura de ulei de masline. Am adaugat cartofii taiati in rondele de aproximativ 1 cm, morcovii intregi si pastarnacul taiat in bucati. Deasupra, am asezat pulpele de pui si am introdus tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade Celsius pentru 30 de minute.

  • 2 parsnips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 head of garlic
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 200 ml chicken broth (Zwup)
  • Salt

This time, I chose to buy the meat from Butcher Cuisine, selecting chicken thighs of exceptional flavor. I carefully cleaned the thighs, cut them in half, and sprinkled them with salt. The vegetables were also cleaned, and a baking dish was greased with a tablespoon of olive oil. I added the potatoes, sliced into 1 cm rounds, whole baby carrots, and the parsnips cut into pieces. On top, I placed the chicken thighs and put the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, I mixed the finely chopped garlic with the lemon juice and chicken broth from Zwup to create a flavorful sauce. I poured the sauce over the chicken and returned the dish to the oven for another 40-50 minutes, until the chicken turned golden and deliciously crispy.

The chicken thighs were served with the tasty vegetables, lemon and garlic sauce, and a fresh green salad.
