- 50 grame branza maturata Horezu
- 50 grame branza maturata de capra
- 8 felii salam de Sibiu
- 6 felii carnat normal si picant
- 2 felii coppa
- 30 grame nuci
- Zmeura
- Smochine proaspete
- Rozmarin
- 2 pahare vin rosu

Modul de preparare este foarte rapid si usor. Pe platouri speciale, aranjam branzeturile, mezelurile, nucile si fructele, asa cum veti vedea in filmul de mai jos. Cea mai mare provocare a acestei retete consta in alegerea unor ingrediente de calitate. Pentru ca preferam sa optam pentru produse locale, m-am orientat in principal catre produse romanesti.

Alegem un pahar de Cuvée Alexandru 2019 de la Crama Serve Ceptura a carei complexitate aromatica, in care se simt in special fructele negre, murele, coacazele, ciocolata neagra, precum si structura sa deosebit de puternica, va continua sa il transforme intr-un vin absolut iesit din comun, cu un potential de invechire de minimum 20 de ani.

Realizat din struguri Cabernet Sauvignon din podgoriile din Dealu Mare, Cuvée Alexandru 2019 isi continua legenda, adaugand in fiecare an experienta vinificatorului prin note diferite, create in procesul de maturare. Anul 2019 a ramas in istoria vinurilor de Dealu Mare ca fiind cel mai greu an, o perioada in care recoltele viticultorilor au fost pierdute pe jumatate. Dar viata, in toata complexitatea ei, ne da o noua lectie. Strugurii din 2019 au fost exceptionali, asa cum se intampla atunci cand recoltele sunt mici.

Mirosul sau complex de visine bine coapte, coacaze negre, afine salbatice se completeaza surprinzator cu eleganta aromei de ciocolata neagra si vanilie. Pune un pahar de Cuvée Alexandru 2019 langa o masa bogata cu preparate din carne rosie, vanat, branzeturi maturate sau de oaie si serveste-l la 15–16°C sau savureaza-l impreuna cu aceasta propunere de Wine Glass Charcuterie.

Its complex smell of well-ripened cherries, black currants, wild blueberries is surprisingly complemented by the elegance of the aroma of dark chocolate and vanilla.
