  • 7 oua / 7 eggs
  • 100 ml smantana dulce / 100 ml double cream
  • 3 lingurite mustar / 3 teaspoons mustard

  • 2 linguri suc de lamaie / 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Seminte de susan si ceapa verde pentru decor / Sesame seeds and scallion for decoration
  • Sare / Salt

Separam ouale in 2 boluri. Batem galbenusurile cu sare si smantana si le turnam intr-o tava unsa cu putin ulei. Coacem la 180 grade Celsius timp de 5 minute pana cand ouale sunt inchegate.

Cu ajutorul unui tel batem usor albusurile cu sare si turnam in 6 forme de briose unse in prealabil cu putin ulei. Coacem la 180 grade Celsius timp de 10 – 15 minute pana cand sunt frumos rumenite.

Rasturnam omleta de galbenusuri in bolul mixerului si o lasam sa se raceasca bine, apoi adaugam mustar, maioneza, sare si suc de lamaie si mixam pana obtinem o crema fina. Cu ajutorul unui pos, aranjam crema de galbenusuri peste baza de albusuri.

Decoram cu seminte de susan si ceapa verde tocata marunt si servim cu pofta.

Separate the eggs into 2 bowls. Beat the egg yolks with salt and double cream and pour them into a pan greased with a small quantity of oil. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Beat lightly with a whisk, the egg whites with salt and pour into 6 muffin tins previously greased with a small quantity of oil. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 – 15 minutes until they are nicely browned.

Turn the egg yolk omelet into the bowl of the mixer and let it cool down well, then add mustard, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice and mix until you get a fine cream. Arrange the yolk cream over the egg white base.

Decorate with sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions and serve with great appetite.
