Amaretti Tiramisu Tart este o reteta din noul trend „Inspiratie la Fix”. Am descoperit tartele și ne plac foarte mult. După tartele vegane cu fructe sau panna cotta, astazi încercam un clasic … tiramisu … 😎

Amaretti Tiramisu Tart

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 8 portii / for 8 servings)

Pentru crusta / For the crust:

  • 250 grame biscuiti amaretti / 250 grams amaretti
  • 75 grame unt / 75 grams butter

Pentru tiramisu / For tiramisu

  • 100 grame piscoturi / 100 grams ladyfingers
  • 500 grame mascarpone / 500 grams mascarpone
  • 5 oua / 5 eggs
  • 6 linguri zahar / 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie / 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 linguri lichior amaretto / 4 tablespoons amaretto
  • 1 praf de sare / A pinch of salt
  • 100 ml cafea expresso / 100 ml expresso coffee
  • Cacao / Cocoa
Amaretti Tiramisu Tart

Pentru crusta, sfaramam biscuitii amaretti cu ajutorul unui blender si ii amestecam cu untul topit. Distribuim amestecul intr-o forma de tarta presand uniform pentru a obtine o crusta frumoasa. Coacem crusta timp de 10 minute, in cuptorul incins la 180 grade Celsius. Lasam apoi la racit.

Intre timp pregatim crema tiramisu. Separam ouale. Batem albusurile spuma cu un praf de sare si 3 linguri de zahar. Intr-un alt bol mixam galbenusurile cu zahar, esenta de vanilie si 2 linguri de amaretto. Incorporam in crema de galbenusuri, branza mascarpone si la sfarsit spuma de albusuri.

Rasturnam in forma de tarta jumatate din crema tiramisu, adaugam piscoturile trecute prin cafeaua rece (in care am adaugat in prealabil 2 linguri de amaretto) si acoperim cu restul de crema.

Scurte indicatii video:

Lasam la rece minim 5-6 ore, pudram cu cacao si servim cu multa pofta alaturi de un cappuccino.

Daca v-a placut Amaretti Tiramisu Tart, va recomandam sa incercati si tarta Panna Cotta, tarta vegana cu zmeura, ciocolata alba si cocos sau un cheesecake vegan cu portocale.

Amaretti Tiramisu Tart

Amaretti Tiramisu Tart is a recipe from the new “Inspiration la Fix” trend. We discovered tarts and really like them. After vegan fruit or panna cotta tarts, today we try a classic… tiramisu… 😎

For the crust, crush the amaretti biscuits with a blender and mix them with the melted butter. Distribute the mixture in a tart form by pressing evenly to obtain a beautiful tart shape. Bake the crust for 10 minutes in the oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius. Then let it cool.

Meanwhile, prepare the tiramisu cream. Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of sugar. In another bowl mix the yolks with sugar, vanilla essence and 2 tablespoons of amaretto. Incorporate in the yolk cream, mascarpone cheese and at the end the egg whites.

Pour in the crust tart half of the tiramisu cream, add the ladyfingers passed through the cold coffee (in which we previously added 2 tablespoons of amaretto) and pour the rest of the cream.

Let it to cool for at least 5-6 hours, powder with cocoa and serve with a lot of appetite and, of course, a cappuccino.
