- 2 chifle burger / 2 burger buns
- 100 grame somon afumat / 100 grams smoked salmon
- 2 oua / 2 eggs
- 75 grame crema de branza Almette cu piper roz / 75 grams Almette cream cheese with pink pepper
- 1 castravete / 1 cucumber
- 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
- Sare / Salt
- Fulgi de chilli / Chilli flakes
Primul pas este sa pregatim legumele. Le curatam si le spalam apoi le feliem in rondele subtiri. Presaram cu sare.
Taiem chiflele de burger pe jumatate si ungem fiecare baza cu crema de branza. Punem deasupra felii de castravete, somon afumat si rondelele de ceapa rosie.
Intr-o tigaie unsa foarte putin cu ulei de masline pregatim 2 oua ochiuri, pe care le asezam peste chiflele cu castraveti si ceapa.
Presaram cu fulgi de chilli si asezam capacul burgerului. Servim cu multa pofta.
Daca v-a placut Breakfast Salmon Burger, va recomand sa incercati si cu Burger cu ciuperci si oua posate, un Club Sandwich matinal sau un Bagels cu oua si prosciutto.

Breakfast Salmon Burger

The first step is to prepare the vegetables. Clean and wash them, then slice very thin. Sprinkle with salt.
Cut the burger buns in half and grease each base with cream cheese. Put the cucumber slices, smoked salmon and red onion slices on top.
In a pan with a small quantity of olive oil, prepare 2 fried eggs, which place it on top of the buns with cucumbers and onions.
Sprinkle with chili flakes and place the lid on the burger. Serve with great appetite.
