Crevetii jumbo sunt scaldati intr-un sos cu prosecco, unt, lamaie si usturoi, devenind fragezi, suculenti, perfect infuzati de arome savuroase. Serviti-i alaturi de o bucata de paine proaspata sau puneti-i peste un risotto cremos sau niste linguine pentru o cina eleganta. Este cel mai potrivit fel de mancare, indiferent daca ai musafiri sau ai doar chef de un rasfat.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

  • 1 kg creveti / 1 kg shrimps
  • 75 grame unt / 75 grams butter
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 catei de usturoi / 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 lingurita condiment Mojito Lime sau piper aromat cu lamaie / 1 teaspoon Mojito Lime seasoning or Lemon Pepper
  • 75 ml prosecco / 75 ml prosecco
  • 1/2 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 lingura patrunjel / 1 tablespoon parsley
  • Sare / Salt

Pentru aceasta reteta eu am ales creveti rosii argentinieni si creveti Black Tiger in proportii egale. Decorticam crevetii si din cochilii si capete pregatim un stock de creveti, ideal pentru retetele cu paste sau orez si fructe de mare.

Punem crevetii intr-un bol, presaram sare, 2 catei de usturoi zdrobiti, Mojito Lime si fulgii de chilli. Lasam la marinat la frigider, timp de o ora.

Intr-o tigaie incinsa adaugam uleiul de masline si untul. Lasam untul sa se topeasca si adaugam crevetii. Prajim 30 de secunde amestecand constant si adaugam prosecco. Continuam sa gatim timp de 6 minute, amestecand ocazional. Adaugam restul de usturoi si patrunjelul verde tocat fin.

Prosecco Butter Shrimps

Are you looking for a festive meal that will impress? You have just found the best recipe for shrimps in butter sauce and prosecco. The jumbo shrimps are bathed in a sauce with prosecco, butter, lemon and garlic, becoming tender, juicy, perfectly infused with savory flavors. Serve them with a piece of fresh bread or put them on top of a creamy risotto or some linguine for an elegant dinner. It is the most appropriate type of food, regardless of whether you have guests or just feel like a treat.

For this recipe, I chose Argentine red shrimp and Black Tiger shrimp in equal proportions. Shell the shrimp and prepare a shrimp stock from the shells and heads, ideal for recipes with pasta or rice and seafood.

Put the shrimps in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, Mojito Lime and chili flakes. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.

In a heated pan, add the olive oil and butter. Let the butter melt and add the shrimps. Fry for 30 seconds, stirring constantly, and add prosecco. Continue to cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the rest of the garlic and finely chopped green parsley.

Serve shrimps with butter sauce and prosecco with warm bread, lemon and obviously, a glass of white wine.
