Budinca de chia cu fructe exotice – desertul care te face sa visezi la vacante tropicale! Hai sa fim sinceri: cine nu viseaza la un mic dejun sanatos care se prepara aproape singur? Ei bine, budinca de chia cu fructe exotice este exact acel gen de reteta care iti salveaza diminetile si iti rasfata papilele gustative. Simpla, cremoasa si plina de arome tropicale, aceasta budinca este combinatia perfecta dintre sanatate si rasfat. Ce trebuie sa faci? Amesteci, astepti si… te bucuri! Semintele de chia se transforma magic intr-o budinca fina, iar stratul de mango adauga acea dulceata naturala care iti aminteste de soare si nisip fierbinte. Iar cand deasupra troneaza fructul pasiunii si felii de carambola, desertul devine nu doar delicios, ci si demn de Instagram! Daca ai pofta de un mic dejun fresh sau un desert usor, aceasta budinca este fix ce ai nevoie.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
- 50 grame chia
- 200 ml lapte
- 2 linguri indulcitor Green Sugar
- 1 lingurita vanilie
- 200 grame iaurt grecesc 2%
- 1 mango
- 1 fructul pasiunii
- 1 Carambola
- 1 praf de sare

Intr-un bol incapator, combinam semintele de chia cu laptele ales, indulcitorul preferat, esenta de vanilie si un praf fin de sare. Amestecam energic pentru omogenizare, apoi lasam compozitia la hidratat timp de aproximativ 30 de minute.

Dupa aceasta perioada, incorporam iaurtul grecesc si amestecam din nou pana obtinem o textura uniforma. Preparatul se lasa la rece pentru cel putin 3-4 ore sau ideal peste noapte, pentru a permite aromelor sa se imbine armonios.

Intre timp, pasam pulpa de mango pana obtinem un piure fin si catifelat. Pentru servire, impartim budinca de chia in doua pahare, alternand straturi: mai intai turnam un sfert din budinca in fiecare pahar, apoi adaugam un strat generos de piure de mango, iar la final completam cu restul de budinca.
Decoram artistic cu fructul pasiunii si felii de carambola, apoi servim cu placere.

Simple, creamy, and packed with tropical flavors, this pudding is the perfect balance between health and indulgence. What do you have to do? Mix, wait, and… enjoy! Chia seeds magically transform into a smooth pudding, while the mango layer adds that natural sweetness that reminds you of sunshine and warm sand. And when passion fruit and carambola slices sit proudly on top, this dessert becomes not only delicious but also Instagram-worthy! If you’re craving a fresh breakfast or a light dessert, this pudding is just what you need.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
- 50 g chia seeds
- 200 ml milk (your choice)
- 2 tbsp Green Sugar sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 g Greek yogurt (2%)
- 1 mango
- 1 passion fruit
- 1 carambola (starfruit)
- A pinch of salt
In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds with your chosen milk, preferred sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of fine salt. Stir vigorously until well combined, then let the mixture hydrate for about 30 minutes.
After this time, incorporate the Greek yogurt and mix again until you achieve a smooth texture. Let the pudding chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the flavors to blend beautifully.
Meanwhile, blend the mango pulp until you get a smooth, velvety puree.
For serving, divide the chia pudding into two glasses, layering as follows: first, pour a quarter of the pudding into each glass, then add a generous layer of mango puree, and finally, top it off with the remaining chia pudding.
Garnish artistically with passion fruit and carambola slices, then serve with delight!
