  • 4 scarite de porc / 4 pieces of pork ribs
  • 4 lingurite cimbru / 4 teaspoons thyme
  • 4 lingurite sare / 4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 lingurite piper / 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 5 lingura ulei / 5 tablespoons oil

Curatam bine coastele si le stergem cu un servet absorbant. Le presaram cu sare, piper si cimbru si le lasam la frigider minim 2 ore sau chiar peste noapte.

Ungem vasul de la Tefal One Pot cu o lingura de ulei si asezam coastele in spirala. Adaugam 200 ml apa, inchidem capacul si alegem programul de gatit sub presiune pentru 30 de minute.

Scoatem coastele intr-o forma termorezistenta si le ungem pe fiecare cu cate o lingura de ulei pe ambele parti. Le introducem in cuptor, la 180 grade Celsius, functia grill, pentru 20 de minute, pana cand sunt frumos rumenite.

Servim coastele cu chipsuri de cartofi, inele de ceapa pane, salata de varza rosie, sos de maioneza si sos cocktail.

Pork Ribs with Thyme

Pork ribs with thyme or the simplest rib recipe. Not to mention that they are extremely tender and tasty! Simply seasoned and prepared at Tefal One Pot, this recipe will quickly satisfy our appetite for pork ribs.

Clean the ribs well and wipe them with an absorbent napkin. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper and thyme and leave them in the fridge for at least 2 hours or even overnight.

Grease the bowl of Tefal One Pot with a tablespoon of oil and place the ribs in a spiral. Add 200 ml of water, close the lid and choose the pressure cooking program for 30 minutes.

Remove the ribs in a heat-resistant form and grease each of them with a tablespoon of oil on both sides. Put them in the oven, at 180 degrees Celsius, the grill function, for 20 minutes, until they are nicely browned.

Serve the ribs with potato chips, onion rings, red cabbage salad, mayonnaise sauce and cocktail sauce.
