Peste cu legume la cuptor este una dintre ideile inspirate potrivite unui pranz de weekend. Reteta este destul de versatila, putand sa folosim orice fel de peste: caras, crap, pastrav, dorada, biban sau ceea ce va place voua mai mult. De aceasta data eu am ales un caras, un peste dulceag, extrem de gustos chiar daca oasele sunt destul de agasante. 😀

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

  • 2 bucati peste / 2 fishes
  • 4 cartofi / 4 potatoes
  • 2 morcovi / 2 carrots
  • 4 linguri ulei de masline / 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sare / Salt
  • 1/2 lamaie / 1/2 lemon
Peste cu legume la cuptor

Primul pas este sa curatam si sa spalam foarte bine pestele. Il presaram cu sare si il lasam la rece 2-3 ore. Intre timp, curatam cartofii si morcovii si ii taiem felii.

Ungem o tava termorezistenta cu 2 linguri ulei de masline, adaugam legumele feliate, sare si amestecam. Introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade Celsius timp de 40 de minute, amestecand la jumatatea timpului.

Dupa 40 de minute, adaugam si pestele. Stropim cu restul de ulei de masline, acoperim cu felii de lamaie si introducem din nou in cuptor pentru 30 de minute pana cand pestele este frumos rumenit.

Presaram cu patrunjel verde si servim pestele cu legume si mujdei de usturoi.

Baked fish with vegetables

Baked vegetable fish is one of the inspired ideas suitable for a weekend lunch. The recipe is quite versatile, we can use any kind of fish: crucian carp, carp, trout, bream, perch or whatever you like best. This time I chose a crucian, a sweet fish, extremely tasty even if the bones are quite annoying. 😀

The first step is to clean and wash the fish very well. Sprinkle with salt and leave to cool for 2-3 hours. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into slices.

Grease a heat-resistant pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the sliced vegetables, salt and mix. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.

After 40 minutes, add the fish and 2 tablespoons of oil. Cover with lemon slices and put back in the oven for 30 minutes until the fish is nicely browned.

Sprinkle with green parsley and serve the fish with vegetables and garlic sauce.
