  • 100 grame chorizo / 100 grams chorizo
  • 4 oua / 4 eggs
  • 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
  • 2 rosii / 2 tomatoes
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Sare / Salt

Intr-o tigaie incingem uleiul de masline si calim ceapa rosie tocata marunt timp de 1 minut. Apoi adaugam chorizo si continuam sa gatim timp de 3-4 minute amestecand ocazional. Adaugam rosiile taiate marunt si lasam la foc mediu 5 minute.

Cu ajutorul unei linguri, facem 4 gauri in sosul de chorizo si adaugam ouale, presaram sare si le gatim sub capac pana cand acestea sunt gatite, dupa placul fiecaruia.

Presaram cu fulgi de chilli si patrunjel verde si servim cu paine prajita.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped red onion for 1 minute. Then add the chorizo and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.

With a spoon, make 4 holes in the chorizo sauce and add the eggs, sprinkle with salt and cook them under the lid until they are cooked, to everyone’s taste.

Sprinkle with chilli flakes and green parsley and serve with toast.
