- 150 grame burrata / 150 grams burrata
- 30 grame crema de branza cu piper / 30 grams pepper cream cheese
- 50 grame cascaval / 50 grams hard cheese
- 100 grame cascaval cu trufe / 100 grams truffle hard cheese
- 150 grame branza cu busuioc / 150 grams basil cheese
- 150 grame branza cu nuca / 150 grams cheese with walnut
- 50 grame mix de masline / 50 grams olives mix
- 50 grame castraveti murati / 50 grams pickles
- 50 grame ciuperci marinate / 50 grams marinated mushroom
- 30 grame rosii uscate / 30 grams dried tomatoes
- Biscuiti sarati / Salty crackers

Evident, cantitatile sunt orientative putand sa va jucati cu ele in functie de preferinte. De altfel si ingredientele pot fi schimbate si adaptate dupa gustul fiecaruia.
Pentru un gust desavarsit, recomandarea mea este sa marinati atat maslinele cat si rosiile cherry cu putin usturoi zdrobit, ulei de masline si oregano.

Taiem branzeturile in cubulete sau felii, dupa plac si le asezam pe platou alaturi de mezeleuri. Fiind o branza foarte cremoasa, aranjam buratta pe o farfurie mica si putem sa o aromam cu un amestec de ulei de masline si busuioc.

Tot in castronele mici aranjam castravetii, rosiile, maslinele, ciupercile, rosiile uscate si crema de branza.

Umplem golurile ramase pe platou cu fructe, biscuiti sarati si amestecul de nuci.
Servim platoul gurmet cu multa placere alaturi de un vin alb si foccacia calda, a carei reteta o gasiti aici.

Gourmet Antipasto Platter

These delicious plates with Italian dishes guarantee the success of any party, but they are so versatile that you can also serve them in a simple evening with family or friends.
Obviously, you can play with the the quantities according to your preferences. Moreover, the ingredients can be changed and adapted according to everyone’s taste.
For a perfect taste, my recommendation is to marinate both olives and cherry tomatoes with a little crushed garlic, olive oil and oregano.
Cut the cheeses into cubes or slices, as you like, and place them on the plate next to the charcuterie. Being a very creamy cheese, arrange buratta on a small plate and we can flavor it with a mixture of olive oil and basil.
Also in small bowls arrange the cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, dried tomatoes and cream cheese.
Fill the gaps left on the plate with fruit, salty crackers and the nut mixture.
