INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)
- 1 kg de cartofi pai congelati FrescoVerde
- 600 grame friptura din coaste de porc
- 1 fir de ceapa verde
- 2 fire de patrunjel
- 1 ardei iute
- 50 grame branza Scamorza afumata
- 25 grame faina
- 250 ml lapte
- 25 grame unt
- 1 lingurita de mustar
- 1 lingura ulei de masline
- Sare si piper, dupa gust

Am ales sa pregatesc aceasta reteta pentru a valorifica intr-un mod savuros resturile ramase de la o masa festiva, in special friptura frageda de porc gatita din coaste. O metoda ideala de a reduce risipa alimentara este ambalarea carnii in vid si congelarea acesteia pentru a fi utilizata ulterior in diverse preparate. Reteta celor mai fragede coaste de porc o gasiti aici.
Pentru aceasta reteta, am optat pentru cartofii pai FrescoVerde, deoarece nu contin uleiuri vegetale, aditivi sau conservanti. Ii asezam in friteuza Tefal Actifry, presaram un praf de sare si adaugam o lingura de ulei de masline. Acestia se gatesc timp de 30 de minute, apoi ii transferam pe o tava de copt unsa cu putin ulei de masline.

Intre timp, pregatim sosul de branza. Intr-o craticioara, topim untul, apoi adaugam faina, laptele, mustarul, sarea si piperul, amestecand continuu pana obtinem o compozitie cremoasa. La final, incorporam branza rasa si omogenizam.
Carnea frageda este desfacuta in bucati si adaugata peste cartofi. Introducem preparatul in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C si il lasam timp de15 de minute, apoi il stropim generos cu sos de branza si mai lasam 10 minute la cuptor.

La final, presaram patrunjel verde tocat fin, ceapa verde si ardei iute taiat rondele. Se serveste imediat, cu pofta si apreciere pentru savoarea fiecarui ingredient.

- 600 g roasted pork ribs
- 1 green onion
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- 1 hot chili pepper
- 50 g smoked Scamorza cheese
- 25 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 25 g butter
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
I chose to prepare this recipe as a delicious way to make use of leftovers from a festive meal, especially the tender roasted pork ribs. One ideal way to reduce food waste is by vacuum-sealing the meat and freezing it for later use in various dishes. The recipe for the most tender pork ribs can be found here.
For this recipe, I opted for FrescoVerde fries because they contain no vegetable oils, additives, or preservatives. Place them in the Tefal Actifry, sprinkle a pinch of salt, and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook for 30 minutes, then transfer them to a baking tray greased with a little olive oil.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the flour, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper, stirring continuously until a creamy consistency is achieved. Finally, mix in the grated cheese and stir until smooth.
The tender meat is broken into pieces and added over the potatoes. Place the dish in the preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 15 minutes. Then, generously drizzle it with cheese sauce and bake for another 10 minutes.
Finally, garnish with finely chopped parsley, green onions, and sliced chili peppers. Serve immediately and enjoy the rich flavors of this delicious dish!
