INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
- 200 grame friptura
- 4 oua
- 1 avocado
- 4 linguri smantana
- 50 grame cheddar
- 2 lipii
- 1 ardei iute
- Nachos
Pentru friptura:
- 500 grame spata porc
- 500 grame piept curcan
- 1 lingurita praf usturoi
- 1 lingurita oergano
- 1 lingurita cimbru
- 1 lingurita fulgi de chilli
- 1 lingurita boia dulce
- 1/2 lingurita piper
- 300 ml supa de pui
- 2 linguri ulei
- Sare

Pentru pregatirea acestei fripturi delicioase, am optat sa combin atat carne de porc, cat si carne de curcan, lasand astfel fiecarei persoane libertatea de a alege varianta preferata. Incepem prin a presara carnea cu un amestec de condimente aromate, lasand-o la marinat timp de 12 ore, pentru ca toate aromele sa se imbine perfect. Dupa acest timp, taiem carnea in bucati mai mici, pregatind-o pentru gatit.

Am ales sa folosesc Tefal One Pot, un aparat excelent pentru prepararea fripturilor, care garanteaza o textura suculenta si o gatire uniforma. Incepem prin a incalzi in oala doua linguri de ulei de masline, apoi prajim bucatele de carne, cate doua minute pe fiecare parte, pentru un total de 8 minute. Dupa aceasta, adaugam supa de pui, acoperim oala si o lasam sa gateasca sub presiune timp de 30 de minute. Dupa terminarea procesului de gatire, eliberam presiunea si selectam functia „Bake” pentru 20 de minute, pentru a adauga o nota usoara de rumenire. Dupa acest timp, scoatem carnea si o asezam pe farfurii, apoi o desfacem in fasii cu ajutorul a doua furculite.
Pentru servire, putem alege o combinatie consacrata, servind carnea intr-un sandwich alaturi de o salata coleslaw. Intr-un spirit de experiment, am optat insa pentru un mic dejun cu influente mexicane.

Astfel, am asezat pe fiecare farfurie fasii de friptura fierbinte, presarand deasupra cheddar ras, doua oua posate, crema de avocado, smantana si lipii calde, rumenite pe grill. Pentru un plus de savoare, am adaugat fasii de ardei iute si nachos crocanti. Un mic dejun savuros, plin de arome intense, perfect pentru a incepe ziua cu energie!

For the Pork Roast
- 500 grams pork shoulder
- 500 grams turkey breast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 300 ml chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt
For this delicious roast, I chose to combine both pork and turkey meat, allowing each person to choose their preferred option. Start by sprinkling the meat with a blend of aromatic spices, letting it marinate for 12 hours so that all the flavors can merge perfectly. After this time, cut the meat into smaller pieces, preparing it for cooking.
I opted to use the Tefal One Pot, an excellent appliance for preparing roasts, ensuring a juicy texture and even cooking. Begin by heating two tablespoons of olive oil in the pot, then sear the meat pieces for two minutes on each side, totaling 8 minutes. After that, add the chicken broth, cover the pot, and let it cook under pressure for 30 minutes. After cooking, release the pressure and select the “Bake” function for 20 minutes to add a slight browning touch. After this time, remove the meat and place it on plates, shredding it into strips with two forks.
For serving, you can choose a classic combination, serving the meat in a sandwich with coleslaw salad. However, I decided to go for a Mexican-inspired breakfast.
Thus, I placed hot strips of roast on each plate, sprinkling shredded cheddar on top, adding two poached eggs, avocado cream, sour cream, and warm, grilled flatbreads. For extra flavor, I added strips of hot pepper and crispy nachos. A savory breakfast, full of intense flavors, perfect for starting the day with energy!
