- 4 oua fierte tari / 4 hard boiled eggs
- 2 avocado / 2 avocado
- 1 lingura crema de branza natur / 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 lingurita mustar / 1 teaspoon mustard
- Sucul de 1/2 lime / Juice from 1/2 lime
- Sare / Salt
- Piper / Pepper

Intr-un bol punem ouale fierte, avocado, sucul de lime, crema de branza, mustarul, sarea si piperul. Mixam cu ajutorul unei furculite pana obtinem o crema.
Servim crema de oua si avocado pe felii de paine prajita sau felii de crispbread, salata de baby spanac, ceapa rosie si castraveti.
