Cel mai suculent si mai fraged peste la cuptor cu Salsa de patrunjel si ardei iute, va va satisface pofta de ceva consistent, dar veti simti in acelasi timp ca serviti un pranz usor si sanatos. Pentru aceasta reteta putem folosi aproape orice peste. Eu am pregatit de aceasta data un crap, insa puteti alege biban de mare, dorada, pastrav sau orice alt peste care va place. Legume proaspete, usturoi, lamaie, ulei de masline, multe arome care se imbina intr-o farfurie delicioasa.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)

Pentru peste / For the fish

  • 1 peste de aproximativ 1,5 kg / 1 fish arround 1,5 kg
  • 800 grame cartofi / 800 grams potatoes
  • 500 grame rosii cherry / 500 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 4 catei de usturoi / 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 linguri ulei de masline / 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lamaie / 1 lemon
  • Sare / Salt

Pentru sosul salsa / For the salsa sauce

  • 1 legatura patrunjel / 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 ardei iute rosu / 1 red hot pepper
  • 1 lingura capere / 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 catei de usturoi / 2 garlic cloves
  • Sucul de la 1/2 lamaie / Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 50 ml ulei de masline / 50 ml olive oil
  • Sare / Salt

Curatam cartofii si ii taiem in felii groase de 1.5 cm pe care le fierbem timp de 5 minute in apa cu sare. Eu am ales sa ii fierb la abur in Tefal One Pot.

Ungem o tava ceramica cu 2 linguri de ulei de masline si rasturnam feliile de cartofi si rosiile cherry. Presaram cu sare.

Crestam pestele de cate trei ori pe diagonala pe ambele parti si il presaram cu sare. Punem in interiorul pestelui 4 catei de usturoi zdrobiti si felii de lamaie.

Punem pestele deasupra legumelor, stropim cu ulei de masline si introducem tava in cuptorul incalzit la 200 grade Celsius. Coacem pestele timp de 45 de minute.

Intre timp preparam sosul salsa de patrunjel si ardei iute. Taiem marunt patrunjelul, ardeiul iute si caperele. Amestecam cu usturoiul zdrobit, sarea, sucul de lamaie si uleiul de masline.

Baked Fish & Parsley Salsa with Hot Peppers

The juiciest and most tender baked fish with parsley salsa and hot peppers, will satisfy your appetite, but at the same time you will feel that you are serving a light and healthy lunch. For this recipe we can use almost any fish. I chose a carp for these time, but you can choose sea bass, sea bream, trout or any other fish you like. Fresh vegetables, garlic, lemon, olive oil, many flavors that combine in a delicious plate.

Clean the potatoes and cut them into 1.5 cm thick slices, which we boil for 5 minutes in salted water. I chose to steam them in the Tefal One Pot.

Grease a ceramic pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and turn over the potato slices and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt.

Score the fish three times diagonally on both sides and season with salt. Put 4 crushed garlic cloves and lemon slices inside the fish.

Place the fish on top of the vegetables, sprinkle with olive oil and put the pan in the oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake the fish for 45 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the parsley and hot pepper salsa sauce. Finely chop the parsley, the hot pepper and the capers. Mix with crushed garlic, salt, lemon juice and olive oil.

When the fish is nicely browned, take it out of the oven and serve it with vegetables and green sauce.
