Placinte cu branza la tigaie

Azi incercam cele mai pufoase si rapide placinte cu branza la tigaie. Cu iz traditional, aceste placinte pot fi servite ca aperitiv alaturi de verdeturile preferate: ceapa verde, marar, patrunjel, dupa plac. Eu am ales o umplutura pe baza de cas sarat framantat, insa puteti folosi branza de burduf, mozzarella sau feta pentru diversitatea gustului.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 5 portii / for 5 servings)

  • 250 grame iaurt / 250 grams yogurt
  • 5 grame bicarbonat de sodiu / 5 grams of sodium bicarbonate
  • 2 oua / 2 eggs
  • 5 grame sare / 5 grams salt
  • 30 ml ulei / 30 ml oil
  • 400 grame faina / 400 grams flour
  • 250 grame cas framantat cu sare / 250 grams salty cheese
  • 100 grame cascaval / 100 grams hard cheese
  • 50 grame unt / 50 grams butter

Intr-un bol amestecam iaurtul cu bicarbonatul. Lasam 15 minute apoi adaugam 1 ou, faina, sarea si uleiul. Mixam bine, apoi lasam sa se odihneasca 15 minute. Impartim aluatul in 5 bucati egale si modelam bile pe care le mai lasam 15 minute la odihnit.

Intre timp pregatim umplutura. Amestecam casul framantat cu cascavalul dat pe razatoarea mare si un ou.

Pe un blat infainat intindem fiecare bila sub forma de cerc. Punem in mijloc cate 2 linguri de umplutura si strangem marginile pana obtinem din nou o bila. Intindem usor pana obtinem o placinta cu diametrul de aproximativ 15 cm.

Incingem o tigaie antiaderenta si prajim placinta pe ambele parti pana cand este frumos rumenita. Scoatem placintele pe un platou si le ungem pe fiecare cu unt.

Presaram cu ceapa verde taiata marunt si servim cu multa pofta.

Skillet Cheese Pie

Today we are trying the fluffiest and fastest skillet cheese pies. With a romanian traditional flavor, these pies can be served as an appetizer with your favorite herbs: green onion, dill, parsley as you like. I chose a filling based on kneaded salty cottage cheese, but you can use mozzarella or feta for the diversity of taste.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the bicarbonate. Leave for 15 minutes, then add 1 egg, flour, salt and oil. Mix well, then let it rest for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 5 equal pieces and form balls. Let to rest for another 15 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the filling. Mix the kneaded cheese with the grated cheese and an egg.

On a floured surface, shape each ball in a circle. Put 2 tablespoons of the filling in the middle and pinch the edges until get a ball again. Gently stretch until get a pie with a diameter of about 15 cm.

Heat a non-stick pan and fry the pie on both sides until it is nicely browned. Take out the pies on a plate and grease each one with butter.

Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and serve with great appetite.
