Aceasta salata cu gust de vara este o combinatie delicioasa de fructe suculente, legume crocante si branza cremoasa, toate adunate intr-un bol de bunatati care va va stimula simturile si va va satisface papilele gustative.

INGREDIENTE (pentru 2 portii)
- 1 bucata burrata (aproximativ 200 grame)
- 2 nectarine
- 200 grame capsuni
- 200 grame rosii
- 50 grame valeriana
- 150 grame paine
- 3 linguri ulei de masline
- 2 linguri otet balsamic fructat
- Sare
Pentru a adauga o textura crocanta si un plus de savoare, recomandam utilizarea unei paini mai vechi, pe care o vom rupe in bucati mari si o vom presara cu o lingura de ulei de masline. Aceasta va fi gatita in Actifry sau la cuptor timp de 10-15 minute, pana cand capata o culoare aurie apetisanta.
Spalam fructele si legumele si le taiem cu grija: rosiile in cubulete, capsunele in sferturi si nectarinele in felii subtiri. Toate acestea le asezam peste un pat de valeriana proaspata intr-un bol mare si le presaram cu putina sare.
Asezam deasupra branza burrata, care adauga un contrast placut si o nota de rafinament. Salata este desavarsita cu un strop generos de ulei de masline si otet balsamic fructat, care imbraca ingredientele intr-un dressing usor si aromat.
Nu uitam de crutoanele de paine calda si servim acest deliciu cu multa pofta.

Summer Salad
Summer is the perfect season to enjoy fresh tastes and mouth-watering aromas, and the salad we present to you today is exactly what you need to cool off and enjoy the hot days. This summer-tasting salad is a delicious combination of juicy fruits, crunchy vegetables and creamy cheese, all gathered in a bowl of goodness that will stimulate your senses and satisfy your taste buds.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
- 1 piece burrata (about 200 grams)
- 2 nectarines
- 200 grams strawberries
- 200 grams tomatoes
- 50 grams valerian
- 150 grams bread
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fruity balsamic vinegar
- Salt
To add a crunchy texture and extra flavor, we recommend using an older bread, which will be break into large pieces and sprinkle with a spoonful of olive oil. This will be cooked in the Actifry or in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until it acquires an appetizing golden color.
Wash the fruits and vegetables and cut them carefully: tomatoes in cubes, strawberries in quarters and nectarines in thin slices. Place all this over a bed of fresh valerian in a large bowl.
Place the burrata cheese on top, which adds a pleasant contrast and a touch of sophistication. The salad is finished with a generous drizzle of olive oil and fruity balsamic vinegar, which dresses the ingredients in a light and aromatic dressing.
