Fancy Breakfast este cel mai fain mod de a incepe noul an. Un mic dejun lejer potrivit dupa excesele alimentare de sarbatori. Iar ca si preferinte, asa cum deja stiti, il puteti adapta. Fie ca alegeti prosciutto, fie somon, veti fi, cu siguranta, incantati de acest mic dejun.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
- 4 oua / 4 eggs
- 1 avocado / 1 avocado
- Valeriana / Valerian salad
- 1 ceapa rosie / 1 red onion
- 1 castravete / 1 cucumber
- 50 grame prosciutto / 50 grams prosciutto
- 50 grame somon afumat / 50 grams smoked salmon
- 1 lime / 1 lime
- 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fulgi de chilli / Chilli flakes
Spalam valeriana si o amestecam cu castravetele, ceapa rosie feliata, uleiul de masline si sucul de la jumatate de lime. Pregatim apoi ouale ochiuri.
Pe o farfurie aranjam salata, ochiurile, avocado, prosciutto sau somon, dupa plac.
Presaram fulgi de chilli si servim cu multa pofta.
