Tort de clatite cu crema de mascarpone, un desert uimitor. Un rasfat perfect pentru o zi de duminica. Prajitura are la baza straturi subtiri de clatite cu cacao, o crema perfecta de mascarpone cu vanilie si fructe proaspete. Daca iubiti clatitele, cu siguranta veti indragi aceasta reteta fina. Singurul lucru mai complicat este prepararea celor 20 de foi de clatite, dar credeti-ma ca merita efortul.
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

Pentru clatite / For the pancakes
- 75 grame unt / 75 grams butter
- 900 ml lapte / 900 ml milk
- 325 grame faina / 325 grams flour
- 50 grame cacao / 50 grams cocoa
- 6 oua / 6 eggs
- Sare / Salt
Pentru crema / For the cream
- 650 grame mascarpone / 650 grams mascarpone
- 800 grame smantana dulce / 800 grams double cream
- 120 grame zahar pudra / 120 grams powder sugar
- 2 lingurite vanilie / 2 teaspoons vanilla
Pentru clatite topim untul si adaugam deasupra laptele, faina, sarea si cacaoa. Mixam bine pana obtinem o compozitie de consistenta unei smantani lichide. Lasam la odihnit compozitia timp de 30 de minute, apoi prajim pe rand clatitele intr-o tigaie antiaderenta (fara adaos de ulei).
Pentru crema punem intr-un blender branza mascarpone, smantana dulce, zaharul pudra si vanilia si mixam pana obtinem o crema consistenta.
Cand clatitele sunt reci, incepem sa montam tortul. Pregatim o tava cu pereti detasabili si asezam o folie alimentara. Adaugam in straturi alternative clatitele si cate o lingura de crema de mascarpone, ultimul strat fiind de clatite. Acoperim cu folie alimentara si lasam la rece timp de 8 ore. Pastram la rece 4 linguri de crema de mascarpone pentru decorare.
Rasturnam tortul pe un platou si il imbracam in crema de mascarpone. Decoram cu fructe de padure si menta si servim cu placere.

Pancake Cake with Mascarpone Cream
Pancake cake with mascarpone cream, an amazing dessert. A perfect indulgence for a Sunday. The cake is based on thin layers of pancakes with cocoa, a perfect mascarpone cream with vanilla and fresh fruit. If you love pancakes, you will definitely love this delicious recipe. The only effort is preparing the 20 sheets of pancakes, but believe me it’s worth the effort.
For pancakes, melt the butter and add milk, flour, salt and cocoa on top. Mix well until you get a composition of the consistency of the double cream. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes, then fry the pancakes one by one in a non-stick pan (without adding oil).
For the cream, put the mascarpone cheese, double cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in a blender and mix until you get a consistent cream.
When the pancakes are cold, start assembling the cake. Prepare a tray with removable walls and place a food foil. Add the pancakes and a spoonful of mascarpone cream in alternate layers, the last layer being the pancakes. Cover with food foil and leave in the cold for 8 hours. Keep 4 tablespoons of mascarpone cream cold for decoration.
Turn the cake onto a plate and coat it in the mascarpone cream. Decorate with berries and mint and serve with pleasure.
