INGREDIENTE (pentru 6 portii)

  • 6 lipii pentru tortilla
  • 100 grame branza feta
  • 100 grame branza cheddar
  • 2 oua
  • 1 legatura patrunjel verde
  • 100 ml lapte
  • 6 linguri iaurt grecesc
  • 200 ml smantana dulce
Tortilla Borek

Incepem prin a taia lipiile in fasii subtiri, de aproximativ 1 cm latime. Intr-un bol, amestecam branza feta sfaramata cu branza cheddar rasa, ouale, patrunjelul verde tocat marunt, laptele, uleiul si iaurtul grecesc. Adaugam fasiile de lipii si le incorporam in amestec.

Ungem o tava cu putin ulei de masline, apoi turnam compozitia si o nivelam uniform. Deasupra, adaugam smantana dulce. Coacem la cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C timp de 30 de minute, pana cand se rumeneste frumos.

With a crispy exterior and a creamy filling, rich in cheese and greens, the borek tortilla is perfect for those times when you want something tasty, but easy to prepare. Today I will prepare this quick recipe, perfect both for breakfast and for a tasty snack. Whether we serve it hot or cold, the borek tortilla will definitely become one of our favorites in the kitchen!

INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings)

  • 6 tortillas
  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bunch green parsley
  • 100 ml milk
  • 6 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 200 ml double cream

Start by cutting the tortilla into thin strips, about 1 cm wide. In a bowl, mix crumbled feta cheese with grated cheddar cheese, eggs, finely chopped green parsley, milk, oil and Greek yogurt. Add the tortilla strips and incorporate them into the mixture.

Grease a pan with a little olive oil, then pour the mixture and level it evenly. On top, add the double cream. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, until nicely browned.

We serve warm or cold, plain or with spicy ketchup.
