INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)

  • 500 grame costita afumata
  • 1 lingura ulei
  • 2 cepe
  • 1 lingurita boia
  • 250 ml supa de pui Zwup
  • 1.250 ml apa
  • 2 morcovi
  • 1 ardei gras
  • 1 lingurita cimbru
  • 1 lingurita sare
  • 400 grame fasole verde congelata
  • 1 rosie
  • 3 catei de usturoi
  • 1 lingura otet
  • 4 linguri de smantana
  • 1 legatura patrunjel verde

Pentru aceasta reteta, am optat din nou sa folosesc aparatul Tefal One Pot. Asa cum am mentionat si anterior, acest dispozitiv este ideal pentru prepararea supelor, ciorbelor, tocanelor si chiar a fripturilor. Desigur, daca nu avem un astfel de aparat, nu este nicio problema – ciorba poate fi gatita si prin metodele traditionale, ajustand doar timpii de preparare.

Asadar, sa incepem! Selectam programul „Brown” pentru a incalzi oala timp de aproximativ 2 minute. Adaugam apoi o lingura de ulei si costita, impreuna cu 50 ml de apa, pentru a o inabusi uniform pe toate partile timp de 5 minute, intorcand-o la nevoie. Dupa aceea, adaugam ceapa tocata marunt si o lingurita de boia, lasand ingredientele sa se caleasca pentru inca un minut. Urmeaza sa turnam supa de pui si 1,2 litri de apa in oala.

Cand ciorba ajunge la punctul de fierbere, adaugam morcovul si ardeiul taiate marunt, impreuna cu cimbrul si o lingurita de sare. Selectam functia de gatire sub presiune si setam aparatul pentru 20 de minute. Dupa ce timpul s-a scurs, eliberam presiunea din oala si adaugam fasolea verde si rosia taiata cubulete. Alegem functia „Soup” si gatim ciorba inca 10 minute.

Intre timp, pregatim intr-un bol un amestec din usturoiul tocat fin, otet si smantana. Amestecam bine, apoi turnam treptat cate un polonic de ciorba fierbinte peste smantana pentru a tempera compozitia, continuand cu 3-4 polonice, amestecand dupa fiecare. La final, turnam acest amestec in oala de ciorba, adaugam patrunjel verde tocat fin si servim preparatul cu multa pofta, alaturi de o salata de ceapa rosie.

Green Bean and Smoked Ribs Soup

Green Bean and Smoked Ribs Soup is a traditional Romanian dish, ideal for those who want a nourishing meal full of authentic flavors. This soup combines the intense taste of smoked meat with the freshness of green beans and the subtle aroma of fresh vegetables, offering a recipe that is easy to prepare and highly appreciated by the whole family.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)

  • 500 grams smoked pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 250 ml chicken broth (Zwup)
  • 1.25 liters water
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 400 grams frozen green beans
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley

For this recipe, I chose once again to use the Tefal One Pot appliance. As I have mentioned before, this device is ideal for preparing soups, stews, casseroles, and even roasts. Of course, if you don’t have such an appliance, there’s no issue—the soup can also be cooked using traditional methods, simply adjusting the cooking times.

So, let’s get started! Select the „Brown” setting to heat the pot for about 2 minutes. Then add a tablespoon of oil and the smoked bacon, along with 50 ml of water, to lightly sear the meat on all sides for 5 minutes, turning it as needed. Next, add the finely chopped onion and a teaspoon of paprika, allowing the ingredients to cook for another minute. After that, pour in the chicken broth and 1.2 liters of water.

When the soup begins to boil, add the finely chopped carrots and bell pepper, along with the thyme and a teaspoon of salt. Select the pressure cooking function and set the appliance for 20 minutes. Once the time has elapsed, release the pressure from the pot, and add the green beans and diced tomato. Choose the „Soup” setting and cook the soup for another 10 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare in a bowl a mixture of finely chopped garlic, vinegar, and sour cream. Mix well, then gradually pour one ladle of hot soup into the sour cream mixture to temper it, continuing with 3-4 ladles, mixing after each one. Finally, pour this mixture into the soup pot, add the finely chopped fresh parsley, and serve the dish with great appetite, alongside a red onion salad.
