INGREDIENTE (pentru 4 portii)
- 300 grame somon
- 1/2 praz
- 2 morcovi
- 5 cartofi mici
- 50 grame unt
- Sucul de la o lamaie mica
- 4 linguri smantana
- 100 grame smantana dulce
- 1 legatura de marar

Pestele se curata de solzi, apoi se taie in cubulete si se lasa la rece pana la pregatirea legumelor. Curatam legumele, taiem prazul in rondele fine si morcovul in bastonase subtiri.

Incingem o oala si adaugam untul. Cand acesta s-a topit, punem prazul si morcovul la calit, amestecand usor timp de un minut. Turnam un litru de apa calda, adaugam sare si lasam sa fiarba timp de 15 minute. Apoi, adaugam cartofii taiati cubulete si continuam gatirea inca 20 de minute, pana cand legumele sunt bine fierte. In final, incorporam cubuletele de somon si mai lasam pe foc 10 minute.

Intr-un bol separat, amestecam smantana fermentata cu smantana dulce si sucul de lamaie. Apoi adaugam cate un polonic de supa fierbinte, amestecand constant, apoi turnam amestecul inapoi in oala, omogenizand compozitia. Adaugam mararul tocat marunt.

Finnish Salmon Soup
Finnish salmon soup is a traditional Nordic recipe, which conquers with its simplicity and flavor. This creamy dish, known as Lohikeitto, brings to the table a balanced combination of fresh vegetables, delicate salmon and subtle flavors, all united by a velvety cream base. Perfect for cool days, this soup not only warms you up, but also gives you a valuable nutritional boost thanks to its healthy ingredients. If you want to bring a piece of Finland to your own kitchen, here is a simple recipe.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)
- 300 grams of salmon
- 1/2 leek
- 2 carrots
- 5 small potatoes
- 50 grams of butter
- The juice of a lemon
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 bunch of dill
Clean the fish from the scales, then cut into cubes and leave in the cold until the vegetables are prepared. Clean the vegetables, cut the leek into fine rings and the carrot into thin sticks.
Heat a pot and add the butter. When it has melted, put the leek and carrot on the stove, stirring gently for a minute. Pour a liter of hot water, add salt and let it boil for 15 minutes. Then, add the diced potatoes and continue cooking for another 20 minutes, until the vegetables are well cooked. Finally, add the salmon cubes and leave on the fire for another 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream with the sour cream and lemon juice. Then add a ladleful of hot soup, stirring constantly, then pour the mixture back into the pot, mixing the composition. Add the finely chopped dill.
Serve hot salmon soup and enjoy it with great appetite!
