INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)
- 1 fruct kaki / 1 kaki
- 250 grame rosii cherry / 250 grams cherry tomato
- 1/4 rodie / 1/4 pomegranate
- 1 lingura seminte de pin / 1 tablespoon pine seeds
- 100 grame mini mozzarella / 100 grams mini mozzarella
- 200 grame burrata / 200 grams burrata
- Rozmarin proaspat / Fresh rosemary
- Busuioc proaspat / Fresh basil
- 1 lingura ulei de masline / 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lingura otet balsamic / 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Sare / Salt

Spalam bine fructele si legumele. Curatam fructul kaki de coaja si il taiem in felii pe care le asezam pe un platou.

Peste feliile de kaki asezam rosiile cherry taiate in jumatati, mini mozzarella, burrata, rodia si semintele de pin usor trase la tigaie anterior.

Decoram cu rozmarin si busuioc proaspat si asezonam cu sare, ulei de masline si otet balsamic.
Servim salata Caprese cu paine prajita sau foccacia si multa pofta.

Wash the fruits and vegetables. Peel the kaki fruit and cut it into slices, which you place on a plate.
On top of the kaki slices, place the cherry tomatoes cut in half, mini mozzarella, burrata, pomegranate and the pine seeds lightly roasted in the pan previously.
Decorate with rosemary and fresh basil and season with salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Serve Caprese salad with fried bread or foccacia and a lot of appetite.
