Croque – Monsieur, celebrul sandwich al braseriilor pariziene, este un adevarat clasic, dar fiecare are propria viziune in realizarea lui. Iata, spre exemplificare, 3 variante posibile, fiecare cu modalitatea sa de preparare. Cu sos bechamel sau fara, in tigaie sau in cuptor, cu paine alba sau integrala. Croque – Madame este un derivat al celebrului Croque – Monsieur obtinut prin adaugarea unui ou ochi.

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 6 portii / for 6 servings)
- 12 felii paine toast integrala / 12 slices toast wholemeal bread
- 6 felii sunca Sissi / 6 slices Sissi ham
- 12 felii de branza cremoasa Atelier Hochland / 12 slices creamy cheese Atelier Hochland
- 150 grame crema de branza natur Almette / 150 grams cream cheese Almette
- 200 ml smantana dulce Olympus / 200 ml double cream Olympus
- 50 grame parmezan / 50 grams parmesan
- 75 grame cascaval / 75 grams cheese
- 6 oua / 6 eggs
- Sare / Salt
- Piper / Pepper

Intr-un bol amestecam crema de branza cu smantana dulce. Asezam intr-o tava 6 felii de paine. Pe fiecare felie de paine punem cate o lingura din compozitia de branza, o felie de branza, o felie de sunca, o a doua felie de branza si incheiem cu o felie de paine. In compozitia ramasa de branza adaugam parmezanul si cascavalul ras si o impartim in mod egal pe toate sandwich-urile.

Presaram piper proaspat macinat si introducem in cuptorul incins la 200 grade Celsius pentru 7 minute. La expirarea timpului, pornim functia grill si mai lasam in cuptor timp de 1 minut pana cand sunt frumos rumenite.
In acest moment, am obtinut niste Croque Monsieur delicioase, insa adaugam cate un ou ochi pe fiecare sandwich pentru varianta feminina. 🤪

Presaram cu putin piper proaspat macinat si sare si servim cu multa pofta.

Croque – Madame
Croque – Monsieur, the famous sandwich of Parisian brasseries, is a true classic, but everyone has their own vision in making it. Here, for example, 3 possible variants, each with its own method of preparation. With or without bechamel sauce, in a pan or in the oven, with white or wholemeal bread. Croque – Madame is a derivative of the famous Croque – Monsieur obtained by adding an fried egg.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese with double cream. Place 6 slices of bread in a tray. On each slice of bread, put a spoonful of the cheese mixture, a slice of cheese, a slice of ham, a slice of cheese and a slice of bread. In the remaining cheese mixture, add Parmesan and grated cheese and divide it equally on all sandwiches.
Sprinkle freshly ground pepper and place in the oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius for 7 minutes. At the end of the time, turn on the grill function and leave them in the oven for 1 minute until they are nicely browned.
At this moment, we have obtained some delicious Croque Monsieur, but add an egg on each sandwich for the female version. 🤪
Sprinkle with a little freshly ground pepper and salt and serve with great appetite.
