In ceea ce priveste carnea la garnita, daca nu o aveti la indemana, va propun o reteta rapida de friptura de porc care o poate inlocui cu succes.

Procedura este extrem de simpla. Feliem painea in felii subtiri. Pe patru dintre acestea, asezam cubulete de carne. Le acoperim cu alte felii de paine si ungem partea superioara cu un strat fin de untura.

The process is incredibly simple. Slice the bread into thin slices. Place small cubes of pork on four of the slices. Cover each with another slice of bread and spread a thin layer of lard on top.

Heat the waffle maker and toast each sandwich until golden and crispy.
