Waffle cu Carpaccio de ananas are la baza reteta clasica de waffle cu lapte batut. Usoare si crocante la exterior, fragede la mijloc, acompaniate de ananas proaspat aromat subtil cu vanilie sunt pretabile unui mic dejun simplu si atemporal. Reteta de waffle cu lapte batut este o reteta obligatorie pentru a transforma o dimineata obisnuita in ceva extra-special. Indiferent daca alegeti sa serviti wafele cu fructe proaspete, cu unt si sirop de artar, frisca, fulgi de ciocolata sau o combinatie intre acestea, o sa va indragostiti cu siguranta de aceasta reteta!!!
INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS
(pentru 4 portii / for 4 servings)
Pentru waffle / For waffle
- 280 grame faina / 280 grams flour
- 2 linguri zahar / 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 lingurite praf de copt / 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 lingurita sare / 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 500 ml lapte batut / 500 ml buttermilk
- 50 grame unt topit / 50 grams melted butter
- 2 oua / 2 eggs
Pentru carpaccio de ananas / For pineapple carpaccio
- 1/2 ananas proaspat / 1/2 fresh pineapple
- 100 grame zahar / 100 grams sugar
- 150 ml apa / 150 ml water
- 1 lingurita esenta vanilie / 1 teaspoon vanilla flavour
Pregatirea acestui mic dejun incepe cu carpaccio de ananas deoarece are nevoie de un timp de marinare. Curatam ananasul si il taiem in felii foarte subtiri pe care le asezam intr-o farfurie. Intr-un ibric fierbem apa cu zaharul la foc mic timp de 10 minute. Stingem focul, adaugam vanilia si turnam siropul cald peste ananas. Lasam sa se raceasca apoi dam la frigider pentru minim o ora.
Intre timp pregatim waffle. Intr-un bol amestecam ingredientele uscate: faina, zaharul, praful de copt si sarea. In alt bol amestecam laptele batut cu ouale si turnam amestecul peste faina amestecand constant. La sfarsit adaugam untul topit mixand in continuare. Lasam amestecul sa se odihneasca timp de 10-15 minute.
Incingem aparatul de waffle si ungem cu foarte putin ulei, apoi prajim waffle pe rand. Cand sunt rumenite le scoatem pe un gratar sa se raceasca usor. Nu le scoateti direct in farfurie, deoarece aburul degajat le va inmuia si vom pierde acea textura crocanta.
Servim waffle calde sau reci cu carpaccio de ananas, sirop de artar si fructe proaspete.

Waffle with Pineapple Carpaccio
Waffle with Pineapple Carpaccio is based on the classic waffle recipe with buttermilk. Light and crispy on the outside, tender in the middle, accompanied by fresh pineapple subtly flavored with vanilla, they are suitable for a simple and timeless breakfast. The waffle recipe with whipped milk is a must-have recipe to turn an ordinary morning into something extra-special. Regardless of whether you choose to serve the waffles with fresh fruit, with butter and maple syrup, whipped cream, chocolate flakes or a combination of these, you will definitely fall in love with this recipe!!!
The preparation of this breakfast starts with the pineapple carpaccio because it needs a marinating time. Clean the pineapple and cut it into very thin slices that place it in a plate. In a small pot, boil water with sugar over low heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the vanilla and pour the warm syrup over the pineapple. Let it cool down, then put it in the fridge for at least an hour.
In the meantime prepare the waffles. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, mix the buttermilk with the eggs and pour the mixture over the flour, stirring constantly. At the end, add the melted butter, continuing to mix. Let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes.
Heat the waffle maker and grease it with very small quantity of oil, then fry the waffles one at a time. When they are browned, take them out on a grill rack to cool slightly. Do not remove them directly to the plate, because the released steam will soften them and we will lose that crispy texture.
Serve hot or cold waffles with pineapple carpaccio, maple syrup and fresh fruit.
