Saramura de dorada, crap, caras, somn sau orice alt peste care va este pe plac. Vara este anotimpul gratarelor. Asa ca haideti sa le incingem cu un peste pe care apoi sa il acompaniem cu un sos de legume, un mujdei de usturoi si o mamaliguta calda!

INGREDIENTE / INGREDIENTS

(pentru 2 portii / for 2 servings)

  • 1 dorada de aproximativ 500 grame / 1 sea bream (500 grams)
  • 2 ardei kapia copti / 2 baked red peppers
  • 500 grame rosii cherry / 500 grams cherry tomato
  • 5 catei de usturoi / 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline / 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 linguri pasta de tomate / 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1/2 lingurita fulgi de chilli / 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • Patrunjel verde / Parsley
  • Sare / Salt

Curatam dorada, o spalam cu apa rece si o stergem bine cu ajutorul unui servet de hartie absorbant. Presaram cu sare si pregatim dorada la gratar.

Intre timp pregatim saramura de legume. Incingem uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie si adaugam ardeii taiati fasii si rosiile cherry. Gatim timp de 5 minute si adaugam pasta de rosii, sarea si fulgii de chilli (daca va place varianta picanta). La sfarsit adaugam usturoiul zdrobit si dorada.

Presaram cu patrunjel verde si servim alaturi de o mamaliga calda si un mujdei de usturoi.

Daca v-a placut reteta de Saramura de dorada, va invit sa incercati si o Dorada la cuptor cu salata Fattoush, un Peste cu legume la cuptor sau un Caras la cuptor.

Sea Bream in Vegetables Sauce

Delicios vegetable sauce with sea bream, carp, crucian carp, catfish or any other fish you like. Summer is the season of grilled food. So let’s warm them up with a fish and then accompany it with a vegetable sauce, garlic sauce and hot polenta!

Clean the sea bream, wash it with cold water and wipe it well with an absorbent paper napkin. Sprinkle with salt and grill the sea bream.

In the meantime, prepare the vegetable sauce. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the sliced peppers and cherry tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes and add tomato paste, salt and chili flakes (if you like the spicy version). At the end, add the crushed garlic and sea bream.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve with polenta and garlic sauce.
